MCS & QI Coordinator RN – Nursing Administration
Pay Range: $53.19 – $82.58/hr ($110,635 – $171,766 annually)
Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 3 years of acute critical care experience with similar patient population
- Minimum 1 year of ECMO experience
- Minimum 1 year of IABP and Impella device experience
Preferred
- National specialty certification
- ECMO Specialist certification

Job Overview
This highly specialized RN leadership opportunity supports advanced cardiovascular critical care programs while driving quality outcomes in a respected acute care hospital setting. The MCS & Quality Improvement Coordinator partners closely with nursing and physician leadership to oversee education, competency management, and program performance for patients requiring Mechanical Circulatory Support devices such as ECMO, IABP, and Impella.
This role is ideal for an experienced critical care RN who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys combining clinical expertise with quality improvement, staff development, and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in shaping best practices, tracking outcomes, improving safety, and ensuring staff readiness across life-saving cardiac support programs.

- Full-time, 1.0 FTE
- Day Shift
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
