Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech)
Pay Range: $35–$60/hr + Up to $10K Sign-On + Loan Repayment
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or related program

BLS certification required
-
ARRT, ARRT(VI), ARRT(CI), ARDMS, RCIS, RCES, or CCI certifications preferred
Experience levels vary:

New grads considered (Tech I)
-
3–5 years preferred for intermediate level

5+ years for advanced/interventional roles

Strong knowledge of interventional procedures, sterile technique, and imaging equipment

Ability to work 10-hour shifts with call coverage

Excellent patient care, teamwork, and procedural support skills

Job Overview
The Interventional Radiology Technologist supports physicians and care teams during minimally invasive and image-guided procedures across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role includes patient preparation, sterile field maintenance, imaging equipment operation, and real-time procedural support. Technologists collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient workflows and optimal patient outcomes while contributing to quality initiatives and ongoing clinical excellence.
