Full-Time (1.0 FTE) – Day, Evening, and Night Shifts | 40 Hours/Week
Part-Time (0.8 FTE) – Day and Night Shifts | 32 Hours/Week
Part-Time (0.5 FTE) – Variable Shifts | 20 Hours/Week

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselors to support youth receiving behavioral health services in a residential treatment setting. This role works closely with nursing and clinical teams to provide therapeutic support, patient care, and a safe, structured environment that promotes recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support patients through therapeutic interactions and behavioral interventions
  • Assist nursing and clinical staff with daily patient care activities
  • Monitor patient behavior and maintain a safe therapeutic environment
  • Complete documentation and clerical tasks as assigned
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transitions
  • Support treatment goals and individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Promote patient dignity, safety, and emotional well-being

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree / Masters in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Passion for behavioral health and supporting youth populations
