Cross Country Healthcare is partnering with University Medical Partners (UMP), a physician-led partner of Stanford Medicine, to recruit a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for an established primary care practice in Emeryville, California.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected Stanford-affiliated medical group focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and collaborative patient care.

Position Highlights

• Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine (without OB)
• Treat patients across the lifespan, including newborns
• Perform basic outpatient procedures including:
  • Joint injections
  • Laceration repairs
  • Skin biopsies
  • IUD placements
• Flexible scheduling options with:
  • 36 patient-facing hours/week
  • 32 patient-facing hours/week
• Average patient volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Shared light call schedule (telephone call only with RN triage support)
• Join a collaborative practice with:
  • 7 Family Medicine Physicians
  • 5 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Access to Stanford specialists and community specialty networks

Compensation & Incentives

• $315,000 annual base salary guarantee (1.0 FTE for first two years)
• Quarterly wRVU productivity bonus
• Annual 10% performance bonus
• Patient panel incentive bonus

• $200,000 forgivable loan

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted California medical licensure
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
