Josh Vesely is a highly experienced leader in the recruiting industry, with over 18 years of experience in providing outsourcing solutions to customers who are seeking to hire dynamic teams in the healthcare industry. His expertise lies in optimizing the productivity of existing workforces and leading with a unique combination of tech and touch innovation. Josh leads the Cross Country Search organization which strives to identify and develop effective strategies that enhance the hiring process and improve overall performance of their customers. Throughout his career, Josh has been a passionate advocate for the importance of using technology to improve recruitment practices, while never losing sight of the critical role that personal touch plays in building lasting and effective partnerships with clients. In addition to his career, Josh Vesely is also a dedicated to his family. He is married to his wife Abbey, and together they have two children, Vince, and Kaylee. To further enhance his career, Josh pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University's prestigious Kellogg School of Business. The knowledge and skills he acquired during his time there have been invaluable in helping him to succeed as a leader in the recruitment industry. Despite his busy schedule, Josh always tries to be available for giving back and is an avid cyclist who participates in anannual charity biking 400 miles over four days to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.

Sarah O'Neil, Vice President of Workforce Optimization
Sarah O’Neil, Vice President of Workforce Optimization, is passionate about maximizing productivity and efficiency through strategic workforce optimization. With a background in nursing and leadership, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives that optimize staffing levels, improve resource allocation and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Sarah’s workforce planning and optimization approach combines a deep understanding of healthcare operations, data analysis, and industry best practices. She leverages advanced analytic tools and methodologies to forecast patient demand, identify staffing gaps, and implement proactive measures to meet changing needs. Sarah earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno, before pursuing a career in nursing, where she dedicated eight years as an ED nurse. Building up her clinical expertise, Sarah transitioned into leadership and workforce optimization, leveraging her expertise to drive operational excellence and enhance organizational performance for two ASC management companies in the Phoenix market.
