Join an established practice with 4.5 FTE, adding another 1.0 OB/GYN so call will be 1:6 when this person is hired.
M-F 8a-5p + every 6th weekend and they each take turns doing a 24 hour shift during the week, but the next day would be post call (light admin day - not seeing patients)
