• Work Dates Needed: Full Time/Perm
• Preferred Schedule: M-F plus share in beeper call 
• Worksite Setting: Covering 2 hospital based settings
• Scope of Work: Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, General, Ortho, Uro, Eyes, OB/GYN, & Endo 
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IL License, ABA - Board Certification, DEA 
• Pay Rate Preferred: Compensating $700k plus $50k Commencement Bonus & $50k Retention Bonus after your 2nd year!
