Nurse Residency Program: Medicine Specialty Unit

Shifts: Days 7A-7P or Nights 7P-7A (36 hours/week)

Experience: Less than 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under supervision.
• Assist physicians in exams and treatments.
• Monitor patient data and intervene when needed.
• Administer medications and IV infusions.
• Foster collaboration between patients and the team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from accredited nursing school.
• RN License from Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
• BLS from AHA required upon hire.
• ACLS (within 1 year if in Step Down).
