Responsibilities: 

• The ideal LPN candidates will have 6 months experience but new grad LPNs and LVNs will be considered!
• Provide care for patients ranging in age anywhere older than 20 years old
• Provide patient care for complex and more simple cases in a subacute environment
• Provide transitional care

• LPN Degree
• LPN Nurse License in Alaska
• BLS
