SUMMARY:
One of the State of Ohio's largest and most respected health organizations is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent position.

Days or Nights, choice of site, great internal mobility, excellent benefits, certification pay, and more are being offered for this position. 

Job Synopsis: 

• The ideal Registered Nurse (RN)  holds 1+ year of experience in an inpatient capacity. Previous Med/Surg RN experience preferred. 
• Communicate effectively and respectfully to patients and health care team. 
• React quickly and effectively in high-stress, critical situations. 
• Update EHR quickly and accurately with patient status and care plans.

Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree (Required). Must be willing to earn BSN in 5 years of hire date. 
• Previous inpatient nursing experience: Min of 1+ year. 
• Active and unencumbered RN license 
• BLS 

Pay Scale:
Based on experience starting at $32/hr for new grads and up. Plus, shift differential for nights and weekends
