Endoscopy Nurse Manager
Pay 145k-171k Depending on Experience 

• 4 10hr. shifts

• The ideal Registered Nurse (RN) holds previous management experience in a large medical center, ideally in a Endoscopy or Operating Room.
• Participate in the development of Endoscopy RN staff including: mentoring, coaching, discipline, hiring, training, etc.
• Determine priorities for the unit in consideration to department budget, patient care, etc.
• Lead the environment to be an environment of mutual respect and patient-centered care.
• Communicate effectively and collaboratively with all members of management and staff.
• Ensure patient care is priority, assist with patients as needed, provide coaching and guidance to staff nurses.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN, Masters preferred.
• State of MA RN License or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
• 5+ years of endoscopy experience required
• 2+ years of management experience required
• Demonstrated management experience in a busy teaching hospital, strongly preferred.
