Our Care Manger LCSW positions at Torrance require:

• 1+ years experience in an acute care setting/hospital/related field.
• Care Coordination / Utilization Mgmt experience
• Discharge Planning experience
• Full Time openings/ 8 hour shift, 40 hour week
• Clinical Social Worker License upon hire
• Master’s Degree- Social Work
