RN-Director of Nursing - Home Infusion

Salary: $105-$112K

Summary:  The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall direction of home health clinical services.  The Director establishes, initiates, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for home health quality services which meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. It is IMPERATIVE that all applicants must have infusion, management and IV Start experience!

Responsibilities: The DON will coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services agency personnel provide. Assists Nurse Managers/Team Leaders with developing skills and techniques in evaluating clinicians' performance if applicable. Responsible for direct hiring, evaluating, and terminating agency personnel. Oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of agency activities.

Qualifications:

• BSN (required) MSN (preferred but not required)
• leadership/management experience (required)
• home infusion/ IV Start/ Management/home care experience REQUIRED
• Candidate must be a creative thinker who can implement change and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
