A large regional hospital is looking to hire new staff across multiple departments in Southern Oregon. The system offers phenomenal benefits, great compensation, and many positions come with large sign on bonuses and almost full relocation management. 

Units Hiring:

• Surgery, Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Med Surg, Telemetry, Acute Rehab, Float Pool and more 

• Provide analytical nursing skills for nursing in designated specialty
• Support ethical and care to endorse the values, rights, dignity and beliefs of everyone who our organization helps
• Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
• Collaborative team player with superior communication skills.
• Optimize outcomes by implementing, diagnosing, assessing and evaluating patient care 
• Coordinate and lead groups, coordinate care, delegate, and work well with others as equal members of team

• Oregon Registered Nurse License (prior to start)
• BSN or the ability to obtain within 3 years of hire
  • RN's with 20+ years' of experience exempt. 
• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty of hire
  • Fellowships available for RN's with 1 year of acute care experience in another specialty
• ACLS preferred BLS required
