Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
• Masters Degree in Social Work
• Upon Hire: Alaska Masters SW license or Alaska Clinical SW license 
• Proof of a driving license and auto insurance upon request
• 2 years experience in acute medical social work 
• Must have worked with diverse populations including the chronically ill and underserved populations doing patient and family assessments
