Cross Country Search has teamed up with a large healthcare group to fill their Float Pool needs at their largest facility. This position has the unique experience of floating between their Transitional Care unit, Long-term Care unit, Assisted Living unit, and more! All shifts available (FT, PT, On-Call, Days, Evenings, Nights, & Variable)!! This post-acute care facility offers a sense of community and home to their resident patients.  

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year of education & Training: LTC geriatric experience.
• 5 Center Primary Nurse: Teaching experience.

• In Long Term care.
• Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC’s).
• Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
• 3 years of 5 Center Primary Nurse: direct care experience.
• 5 Center Primary Nurse: MDS/RAI experience.
