Required qualifications for RNs:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
1 year Home Health experience and experience in Wound Care and IV

Required qualifications for LPNs/LVNs:

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
1 year experience in nursing; long term care, acute care, ambulatory care or home health and hospice care

RN: $52.11 - $84.12
LVN/LPN $30.10 - $47.90
