If you have 1 year of nursing experience, in any field, and are looking to progress into Inpatient Nursing, this position is a fantastic opportunity! This fellowship will train you into Med Surg or Telemetry and get your inpatient career started!

Responsibilities: 

• The ideal Registered Nurse (RN) provides the analytical ability to solve all clinical nursing issues and conduct quality improvement research utilization projects.
• Exhibit organizational skills in setting priorities and efficiently completing assigned work in addition to delegating appropriate patient care activities. 
• Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enters, and interpret computerized data/information. 
• Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with various members of the health care team, patients, and families. 
• Physical ability to meet the core job responsibilities in accordance with practice setting demands for the patient populations regularly served.

• Current RN License within the state of OR or the ability to obtain prior to hire. 
• BLS Certification
• At least 1-year of RN experience
