Job Summary:
A hospital in Jackson, WY is looking for a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse to join their Critical Care team! The ICU RN will provide direct clinical care to patients of all ages and may float to other hospital areas.

Essential Functions:

• Gathers and evaluates patient data, manages care efficiently for multiple patients, adapts care plans to individual needs, and ensures continuity of care.
• Assesses and addresses educational, spiritual, and emotional needs of patients and families, facilitates informed decision-making, and incorporates education into care plans.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, administers medications safely, evaluates pain management, promptly reports incidents, and ensures proper equipment usage.
• Manages specimen collection and daily routines, maintains department cleanliness, participates in Performance Improvement, ensures accurate charging and documentation, and acts appropriately in emergencies.

• ASN required, BSN preferred 
• 1 year of ICU/CCU experience required
• Current RN License in Wyoming
• BLS required at hire
• ACLS and PALS or ENPC certification within 3 months of hire
• CPI certification within 6 months of hire
