Job Summary:
A medical facility in Beloit, WI is looking for a full-time, permanent Social Worker to join their team! The Social Worker will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and the care of a variety of age groups including pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Job Requirements:
- Master of Social Work or Counseling and Guidance or related degree from an accredited university
- State of WI License
- 3000 hours of post-graduate experience
- State of WI letter of approval as "Provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic"
