Cross Country Search has teamed up with a beautiful long-term care facility looking to add an Assistant Director of Nursing to their family-like team.  The ADON must have prior leadership experience working in a LTC/ALF and be knowledgeable of the rules and regulations in LTC facilities. Someone with a passion for training and development, quality control oriented, and excellent communication skills would fit right in. The facility has a strong financial backbone, home-like comfortable environment, and a great group of professionals working together.  

• Five (5) or more years experience working in a long-term care facility 
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse license for the state of Georgia, or compact license
• Three (3) or more years in a leadership position within a similar facility
• Working knowledge of MDS, Quality Assurance and Compliance, and policies in LTC
